Who you'll deal with

A FundFox broker, from start to settlement

When you send an enquiry, a FundFox commercial finance broker calls you, works out what you need and approaches suitable lenders from our panel. They prepare and lodge the application, deal with the lender and stay with you until the funds arrive.

Your enquiry goes to one broker team only. We don't sell your details to a list of brokers or lenders.

Business hours

Enquiries sent between 8am and 6pm (Melbourne time), Monday to Friday, are usually called within minutes. Enquiries sent outside those hours are called the next business morning.

What it costs

It costs nothing to enquire. If you go ahead, your broker will explain the lender's rates and fees, and any broker fee, before you commit. FundFox is usually paid a commission by the lender when a loan settles.

What to have ready

  • Your ABN and business details
  • The last 3 to 6 months of business bank statements
  • Photo ID for each director or owner
  • Details of any ATO debt or existing business loans
  • For property-backed loans: the property address and current loan balance
  • For equipment: a quote or invoice for the asset

You don't need any of this to send an enquiry. Your broker will tell you exactly what the chosen lender needs.

Your information

How we handle your details

We collect the details you give us in the quiz so a FundFox broker can contact you about business finance. If you apply, we share the information a lender needs with that lender, and we keep records as our licensee requires. We don't run a credit check at enquiry stage. If you ticked the box for updates, we may send you occasional emails or SMS, and every message has an unsubscribe option.

The privacy policy has the full details, including how to access or correct your information.
